Where Is The Man Meant for me?

Women often ask me, “When will God send me my “Boaz,” the man that’s meant for me, my soul mate, Mr. Right?”

But I often have to ask, “What are you doing to actively prepare and position yourself for the man of your dreams?”

What I am finding is that many women are lonely and growing old childless simply because they have the faith of Ruth, but they are not willing to put in the work that Ruth did.

You know the definition of insanity… Continuing to do the same thing while expecting new results.

So today, I want to invite you to STOP doing the same old thing and shift your perspective.

So first of all, I want to commend you for looking to God for direction in attracting the love you desire, especially since God is the one who created the institution of marriage and provides with secrets to making our family life happy.

Next, I want to commend you for your steadfastness and faith in knowing that our creator is powerful and can cause anything he desires to come into existence and He desires nothing more than give us the desires of our hearts.

Get ready to clutch your pearls, because here’s where I want to challenge you to go deeper than just having faith! I want to challenge you to put in the type of work that demonstrates that you are aligned with your faith. In other words, stop insulting GOD by imagining that his sole purpose is to be your puppet and answer your prayers all day… and you don’t have to put any skin in the game!

The book of James tells us that faith without works is Dead! So although many women hope, pray and have faith if you do not put in the work to prepare and position yourself for the man GOD has created for you, then the faith you have is meaningless… DEAD!

If you desire a Relationship-Ready God-Fearing Man and you’re not prepared to be a Proverbs 31 wife… that desire is DEAD!

If you desire to be cherished by a man, but allow fear, to cause you control him and you don’t respect him… that desire is DEAD!

Many people often misinterpret the Love Story of Ruth and Boaz and an Instant Love at first sight.

This is simple NOT true… Ruth was a heart-broken, homeless and childless widow. She was a humble woman of faith, who was a hard worker, shrewd, treated others with kindness and respect, she earned an excellent reputation because of her loyalty to her mother-in-law, she teachable and allowed herself to be mentored by Naomi, she was aligned with her core-values and understood her purpose, she understood the importance of feminine energy and surrendering to masculine energy.

So although Ruth had many challenges, she did not stay stuck on her pity pot, nor was the like her sister Orpha to give up, abandon the process and go home. Ruth was uncertain and no doubt fearful of her future… however she did not allow her fear, shame or uncertainty prevent her from going after what she truly desired – A husband!

So what about you? Are you ready to put in the faith, works – while being mentored?

If you said “ HECK YEAH” – keep reading!

I remember a several years back, I lived in fear because I was afraid of being use, abused, hurt and neglected like I was when I was a child. Yeah, I know that I am a grown woman, but that grown little girl inside of me didn’t seem to care. I had a wall up when it came to men, I got emotionally triggered when they didn’t respond to me in the way I needed them to, because it reminded me of my original childhood wounds. In an attempt to control my emotional triggers, I subconsciously became lead with my masculine energy, so instead of surrendering to masculine energy – I decided to operate in my masculine energy by controlling who came in my life, our interaction and all the decisions that needed to be made.

Yep! No longer was I going to open up my heart to ANY man and GIVE him an opportunity to hurt me, cheat on me or make me feel insignificant EVER AGAIN!

Well…. Guess what?

I DID NOT Give any man the opportunity to hurt me EVER AGAIN!

Nor did I give any man the opportunity to love me either – because I put up a wall and my defense was impeccable.

The results: After going out on the first date most men, didn’t ask me out on a 2nd date, nor did they make the effort to pick up the phone to talk with me – rather, they seemed to enjoy trying to build a relationship via text, sending pictures and if he was so inclined he would try to set up a hook up every now and then – usually late nights.

And if I did get to a second or 3rd date some men gave me breadcrumbs, were indifferent or gradually disappeared, I realized that by putting them first, I was teaching them to put me second.

After repeating this process and doing some research, what I noticed is that if most women lined up all of their ex’s in a room, organized them and them into groups – you could actually identify their blind-spots, this Ish and the past pain that they still carry from their childhood. At the root of it all, that little girls is afraid of being vulnerable and still wants to be loved.  Which is why I’ve created my new program called Get the Guy You Want!
